    Welcome to Jenkins County Elementary School (JCES). Jenkins County Elementary School has achieved Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for the last five years due to the hard work of the faculty, staff, and students. In addition, we are recognized as a 2007 Title I Distinguished School. We believe the curriculum, programs, and activities offered at JCES are some of the best in the state. Parent involvement is encouraged and needed. There are many opportunities to become involved in our school including PTO, Fall Festival, volunteering in the classroom-school setting, attending school sponsored events, and supporting your child’s learning daily. We are proud of our accomplishments and will continue to strive for excellence.
